Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an associate in Milwaukee to open/close the store when management is absent, handle cash and transactions, and ensure the store and backroom are ready for business. You will greet customers, help with products, and resolve issues to create a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing, and displays; maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Maintain readiness for vendor deliveries and backroom operations; support pharmacy out window as requested.
