Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Possess PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, starting systems and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products, resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory counts, pricing, signage, and displays; support backroom tasks.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and order processing.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and ensure compliance with store policies.
