Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team-oriented associate to support store operations and customer experience in the South Dartmouth location. You will help open/close the store, handle cash and register tasks, and ensure the floor and stock room are prepared for the day.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model best practices in service. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is valued, with English fluency and a willingness to support pharmacy operations if needed.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory experience must be demonstrated.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English required.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license is preferred by state law.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store in the absence of management, ensure system start‑ups and cash handling, and prepare floor and stock room for business day.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and register adjustments with accuracy.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience across the store.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and store maintenance as needed.
