Walgreens in Mount Airy, NC is seeking a reliable associate to support store operations and customer experience when management is not on duty. You will handle opening/closing, cash duties, and help ensure the sales floor and stockroom are ready for business.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, assist with inventory, pricing, and displays, and serve as a bridge between management and staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to handle cash, opening/closing responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Completes sales documentation, price verifications, and maintains accuracy of on-hand inventory.
• Serves as a liaison between management and non-management team members when store management is not present.
