Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Serves as a liaison between management and team members when store management is not present.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
