Job summary

Walgreens in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a team member to support store operations, customer care, and daily cash handling in the absence of store management. You will open the store, handle backdoor access for deliveries, process returns, refunds, and price adjustments while ensuring accurate records.

You will greet customers, assist with product questions, maintain inventory accuracy, support displays and promotions, and help with warehouse deliveries and vendor interactions as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in absence of management, perform cash handling and ensure ready for business.
• Handle product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and greet customers/customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support pricing, displays and signage.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations as needed.
• Assist with bag checks and compliance with company policies.
