Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to help operate the store in the absence of management, performing opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and ensuring readiness for the business day. You will assist with deliveries, returns, refunds, and price changes while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

You will engage customers, model service best practices, and support inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic store maintenance to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, update pricing and signage, and assist with backroom operations and vendor deliveries.
