• Complete product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, and merchandising; maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
