Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a Retail Key Holder in Texas. This role supports store operations, opens and closes the store, handles cash, and helps ensure a welcoming customer experience.

You will partner with management to supervise daily activities, assist with inventory, pricing, backroom tasks, and storefront displays while modeling outstanding customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to resolve issues and questions.
• Share customer service best practices with team to maintain a high-quality experience.
• Maintain accurate store systems, pricing, and signage, and participate in backroom and inventory tasks.
