Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash handling and systems start-ups.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change as needed.
• Engage customers, deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist with products and services.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, displays, merchandising, and store resets.
• Register sales accurately and record scanning errors, price checks, and voids.
• Support vendor deliveries, backroom operations, and general store maintenance and compliance.
