Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, handling system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, greet and assist with products and services, resolve issues and answer questions.
• Maintain store keys for opening/closing without management, assist with vendor deliveries and pricing tasks.
• Register sales accurately, review order exceptions, assist with displays and resets, and maintain inventory accuracy.
