Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups, cash handling, and preparing the floor and stock room for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change for cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and pricing, supports vendor deliveries, and assists in displays and stock revisions.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities, including cash reports, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payments.
