Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a key holder/retail associate in Fayetteville, NC. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, perform cash handling tasks, process refunds, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and assists with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, signage, pricing, and basic department displays; supports housekeeping and store upkeep.
