Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and support product/service needs to create a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, stockroom duties, and inventory checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and signage to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between management and team during shifts without supervision.
