Job summary

• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices to maintain Walgreens service traits.
• Holds store keys to open and close without management; assists with vendor deliveries through backdoor access.
• Registers all sales, reviews pricing accuracy and stock records, and supports reverse logistics and displays.
