Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change for registers.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Maintain accurate inventory and price signage; support displays and merchandising.
• Assist with store maintenance, backroom operations, and compliance with policies.
