Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to support store operations and deliver a distinctive customer experience. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash and refunds, and assist with inventory, pricing, and displays.

Applicants should have at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience and be fluent in English. PTCB certification or pharmacy license are preferred qualifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including starting systems and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops and provide change.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with pricing, displays, and stock organization.
