Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Availability and willingness to work retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and stockroom readiness.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists customers with products and services.
• Holds store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, and maintains store appearance and pricing signage.
• Registers sales, reviews price verifications, and assists with basic accounting tasks.
