Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, perform required systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensure floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, model best practices for team members.
• Greet customers and patients, assist with products and services, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor and communicate store operations, including keys, deliveries, pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance.
• Assist with ordering, backroom organization, displays, resets, and inventory accuracy across departments.
• Maintain clean, neat store condition, handle exterior and interior maintenance requests, and assist with register responsibilities as needed.
