Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in the absence of management and ensure readiness of systems and floor.
• Complete cash handling, returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Engage customers and provide a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, and back‑door vendor deliveries.
• Maintain displays, stockroom organization, and orderly store condition.
• Support with cashier records, pricing signage, and compliance tasks.
