Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin seeks team members to open and close the store when management is not present, handling all startup systems and cash tasks. You will assist customers, process returns, refunds, and cash drops while ensuring the floor and stock room are business-ready.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe and provide change as requested.
• Assist with pricing, signage, and basic department pricing to support compliant store operations.
• Register all sales, document scanner errors, and assist with price verifications as needed.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
