Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Responsible for holding store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Assists with warehouse and vendor ordering processes and opening the backdoor for deliveries.
• Registers all sales on assigned cash register with accuracy and handles price checks, voids, and errors.
• Assists with displays, pricing, and maintaining on-shelf signage as per policies.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Supports adherence to price changes and local regulatory sign requirements.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities as needed.
