Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a team member to support store operations in Racine, WI. The role includes opening/closing the store in the absence of management, handling cash, assisting customers, and maintaining pricing and displays to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will work with the team to uphold Walgreens service traits, assist with inventory, and help with basic back-office tasks. Experience in retail and a strong customer focus are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Maintain accurate register records, pricing, and stock levels; support displays and pricing per policy.
• Support pharmacy window operations as requested and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
