Job summary

Walgreens Co. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a capable team member to run store operations in the absence of management.

You will handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business, including providing access through the back door for deliveries. You will deliver a distinctive customer experience, engage shoppers, process refunds and price changes, maintain inventory accuracy, support displays and promotions, and assist with bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtain and maintain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent and handle required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change to cash registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and serve as a liaison between management and team.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries; support inventory and price changes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper signage and pricing per policy.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, cash reports, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws for regulated products and complete routine store maintenance.
