Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member in Milford to open and close the store in the absence of store management, handling cash and delivering a smooth start to the business day. You will assist with returns, refunds, and cash drops while ensuring accurate register records and price changes.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to operate cash registers and perform cash handling tasks.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, displays, and upkeep of stockroom and store appearance.
