Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day; open back door for deliveries.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with pricing, displays, and backroom processes.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, department pricing, and basic bookkeeping as needed.
