Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash start-ups.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, answer questions and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys, assist with vendor deliveries, and ensure back door access when needed.
• Register sales accurately and document price verifications and voids.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across all departments and stock rooms.
• Assist with pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support bookkeeping tasks and store maintenance as requested.
