Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between management and non-management team members when store management is not present.
• Assist with store operations including inventory, pricing and housekeeping.
