Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start-ups, cash handling.
• Handle product returns, refunds, and cash drops; manage price verifications and voids.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with displays, resets, and backroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries by opening backdoor and coordinating with managers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for regulated products (alcohol, tobacco).
• Bag checks of team members before leaving the store.
