Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated team member to manage daily store operations, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold all regulatory standards. You will assist the Store Manager, balance cash and shift reports, and maintain high standards for merchandising and cleanliness.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and reliable English communication. You will work on-site, support stock management, and follow company policies to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand instructions for operating electronic cash registers.
• Able to perform arithmetic calculations to make change and complete shift reports.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work on feet for full shifts.
• English literacy at an eighth-grade level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to store policies and shift schedules; provide prompt customer service.
• Prepare shift-change reports and note discrepancies in operating results.
• Post prices, manage markups/markdowns, and track store merchandise use.
• Keep coolers and displays stocked; maintain clean equipment and work areas.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and store procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to ensure customer satisfaction.
