Job summary

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• May supervise store crews through directing and following up of activities in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
