• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicates tasks to team members when management is not present and reports issues to management.
• Reviews order exceptions, assists with vendor deliveries, and supports displays and pricing.
