Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations, including cash handling, customer service, donations processing, and visual merchandising. You will help drive sales, maintain stock, and enforce company policies.

The role requires at least one year in a lead role with 3–10 team members, strong math, organization, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a lead/supervisory role with 3-10 team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and store operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in math and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Open/close the store, manage bank deposits and cash readings.
• Lead staff, schedule employees, train cross-training.
• Ensure loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement.
