Job summary

KPH HealthCare Services, Inc. seeks an individual to provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management, with authority on an on‑shift basis. This role ensures smooth operations and acts as on‑site liaison with customers.

The position supports customer service excellence, oversees opening and closing procedures, directs crew activities, resolves issues, and ensures compliance with policies and safety standards while completing mandatory training and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• May fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
