Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store, handles required cash operations and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, offer assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee pricing, signage, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, store housekeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
