Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management; handles cash and prepares floor and stock room.
• Processes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products/services to ensure a positive experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and coordinates with warehouse/vendor orders.
• Records sales on cash registers and tracks price verifications; performs basic cashier duties.
• Reviews order exceptions and assists in reverse logistics and displays management support.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and pricing signage; supports store maintenance and regulatory compliance.
