KF is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shifts with energy and passion, coaching Team Members to meet KFC standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will resolve customer concerns, oversee shift tasks, and uphold food safety and order accuracy.

You will work with the management team to provide feedback, train staff, and support inventory and labor management while promoting KF culture and values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills and cash handling competence.
• Attendance and punctuality mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts with energy and coach Team Members to meet KFC standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee completion of shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to the RGM on performance and training.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates and labor management.
