Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Dependable and flexible with shifts and responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel to multiple work locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Direct daily activities of store team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and address complaints.
• Document issues and take corrective steps.
• Handle cash counts, till prep, and gift card sales.
• Complete store reports and communicate results to management.
• Perform cashier and stocking duties as needed.
• Escalate personnel issues to Store or District Manager.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and inventory stocking.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Protect company property and prevent loss.
• Support media/regulatory contacts as needed.
• May participate in interviews without final hiring authority.
