Job summary

Save A Lot in Franklin, PA is seeking a Shift Lead to direct daily store operations in the absence of store management. You’ll open/close the store, supervise part-time and full-time team members, handle customer concerns, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, basic math skills for cash handling, and dependable teamwork. Travel to other store locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other team members.
• Previous training / supervisory experience a plus.
• Company work history will be strongly considered, including attendance, work performance, safety, policy compliance and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store according to established procedures.
• Directs and monitors day-to-day activities of full/part-time team members in all departments.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Documents complaints and follows up to correct the source of the complaint.
• Performs cashier and stocking duties when necessary.
• Escalates employee issues to Store Manager or District Manager.
