Our Opportunity

Shift leads are responsible for assisting with guest experience and the overall quality of menu items according to Thunderdome's standards and specs. The role requires continuous movement, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds, and manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

• Assisting managers in developing team members and holding them accountable to our highest standards
