Job summary

Starbucks is hiring a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, coach teammates, and handle cash and safety protocols while fostering connections with customers.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Direct and coach team members to meet prepare-and-serve standards
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees as needed
