Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and lead a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a retail environment
• Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver quality beverages and food to customers
• Coach and delegate tasks to multiple employees
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to policies
