Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customization.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees.
• Direct the work of others; learn quickly; strong oral communication.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and customer specs.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate responsibilities of staff during shifts.
