Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate a small team.
• Ability to direct work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming Starbucks for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per standard recipes and customized requests.
• Maintain store policies, safety and security, and cash handling with or without accommodations.
• Coach and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees to maintain smooth operations.
