Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service leadership position (e.g. Shift Leader, Shift Supervisor, Key Holder).
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee and matcha products.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to Blank Street customers.
• Support your GM and help train new employees to succeed, ensuring recipes and store processes are followed.
