Job summary

You will guide teammates, coach food and beverage prep to recipe specifications, manage cash handling and store safety, and support daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service. Training and advancement opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance with or without accommodations.
• Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and flexible hours.
• Meet store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety standards.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Coach and delegate tasks to fellow partners to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee beverage/food prep to standard recipes and customer requests.
