The role requires delivering friendly service, managing cash handling, and maintaining store standards while working flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain store policies and standards, including cash handling and safety.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
