Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring interaction with customers.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety, and store standards.
• Coach and supervise team members to deliver excellent customer service.
