Job summary

This role requires experience supervising teams, coordinating tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate staff during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products meet recipes and standards.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and policy compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
