Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality per store policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle cash and safety procedures.
• Coach and delegate tasks to employees to maintain service standards.
• Support food/beverage preparation to meet recipe specifications and quality.
